Owlcrate Book Jackets

Magic, witches and cozy atmosphere? Count me in! This project was a 'first' for me - when I got the inquiry I had to secretly google what a "reverse dust jacket" is... as the name implies, it's the inside of a book's dust jacket, which readers can flip in case they want a different cover art! I got to paint two of these for two books from the same author, both very magical and cozy stories. It was fun to figure out a composition that not only looks good as a whole, but also in parts - the cover, back, as well as the flaps, which were intended to nicely frame quotes from the book.
