Swords of Vengeance

A few years ago I had the fun opportunity to bring the world of 'Swords of Vengeance' to life, a pinball game based on the game Swords of Fury, telling new stories in an innovative way. Prior to working on this project I did not know that a pinball machine can be used to tell stories where player choices matter and lead to different story branches and story outcomes!

I was in charge of creating a style and design for the environments that fits the classical fantasy theme, works on a pinball machine screen, harmonizes with the existing character work, as well as creating final environment, prop and background paintings.

The character linework is done by Kassarie (Angela Lichtenberg), colors by me (campfire scene) or Yen Shu Liao (magma falls):
